Introducing the "Who Knew That Was PR?" Files

THE PROFESSION OF PUBLIC RELATIONS CAN BE HARD TO EXPLAIN to people. It’s a big field and people tend to think of it as being all about media relations or stunts or crisis communications. That’s certainly a big part of PR, but there’s a lot we do that people might find surprising. So, I recently asked several colleagues for examples of real moments in their careers that would shed a little light on what a day in the life in PR can include.
